Build a career that will change your life.

ELLA WORKS Foundation provides best-in-class career preparation based on your potential, not your past.

We envision a world where all women have the opportunity to freely engage in work that’s personally meaningful and economically viable in an environment free of harassment, oppression, violence, and exploitation.

ELLA serves all women 18+ who are:

Survivors of sex trafficking

Exiting the commercial sex industry

Ready to build their career

A custom program for the modern career.

ELLA WORKS Foundation offers a new approach to career development—
one that is relevant, engaging, and accessible anywhere.

Our 12-week program covers strengths and interests exploration, resume development, and preparing for the workplace. Participants will graduate with the tools, resources, and know-how to land economically viable work outside of the sex industry. Upon completion of the program participants will have the opportunity to connect with exclusive career placement opportunities with reputable and socially responsible companies.

Well-being through
economic empowerment.

Due to the commercial sex industry’s subversive nature, accurate and up-to-date statistics are difficult to obtain.

However, a large global study recently found that 89% of women in the commercial sex industry want to leave but see no other options for survival.

When alternative employment opportunities and relevant training are available, women are able to safely exit the industry and engage in long-term healing.

ELLA WORKS Foundation President, Nicole Williams, is using her deep career expertise to create a more enticing and effective pathway for a woman to support herself and chart a new course for her life.
